Is CHAS free to use?+
Yes. CHAS is completely free. We never charge you a booking fee or service fee. We earn a small commission from our partners when you choose to book through them — at no extra cost to you.
Do I need to sign up or create an account?+
No. You can search and compare hotel prices without creating an account, entering an email, or sharing personal details.
Where does CHAS get its prices?+
We aggregate real-time prices from 100+ booking partners including Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Agoda, Trip.com, Hotwire, and many more. Prices are fetched the moment you search.
How do I book a hotel?+
Enter your destination and dates, compare the prices we surface, and click through to the partner site of your choice. You complete the booking directly on that site — CHAS doesn't process reservations or take payment.
Can I cancel or change a booking?+
Cancellation and change policies are set by the booking partner you used (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia) and the hotel. Please contact them directly for any changes after your reservation.
What currencies and languages do you support?+
Our search interface supports USD, AED, EUR, GBP, and many more currencies. Booking partner pages will generally show prices in the currency detected for your location. We currently support English, with Spanish and Arabic coming soon.
Why does the price sometimes change when I click through?+
Hotel prices are live and can fluctuate based on availability, promotions, and currency conversion at the moment of booking. We show the best price available at the time of your search, but the partner site's price at checkout is final.
Is my payment safe?+
You never pay CHAS. Payment is handled entirely by the booking partner on their secure platform. We recommend checking their security and cancellation policies before completing a reservation.
