CHAS is a free hotel price comparison service. We display prices aggregated from third-party booking partners and redirect you to those partners’ sites to complete a booking. CHAS does not process hotel bookings, payments, or customer service for hotel stays.
2. No booking contract with CHAS
When you click through to a booking partner, any reservation you make is a contract between you and that partner (and the hotel), not CHAS. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party listings, pricing, availability, payment processing, or fulfillment.
3. Permitted use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Scrape, crawl, or automate queries against the Site.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, including its content, code, and branding, is owned by CHAS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CHAS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
